We recommend! Really great advice straight from the boss. He knows what he's selling. No unnecessary or pushy sales, but very competent and professional. I was really very satisfied. Bought nine Vaporesso and filled them. The range in the store is really great. Large selection and great prices. Parking spaces are directly in front of the store. I would love to come back!

Actually 5/5 stars but only when the boss is there I've been there twice now when the boss wasn't there it's less than 1 star you don't get anything anymore that I always bought from you yes we didn't have that no we had that We've never or I don't know, you get answers like that all the time, something has to change then I'd be happy to give it 5 stars again

The store is located far from the center of Freiburg. But there are trams to get there. The products are twice as expensive as in France, but maybe it's like that in Germany?

I have to leave a review after more than a year. For me, the Dampfstelle is the only steam shop in Freiburg. A boss who is not just looking for the biggest sales, but who cares about the customer having the best possible shopping experience. Here questions are answered honestly and transparency is very important. It's always nice to shop there, I haven't been anywhere else for a year now.
