Best vape shop I have ever been to, I've been to around 20 on Europe. I went there with a broken atomizer, even if I didn't buy it there, because I needed help and didn't know what to do, and the guy there sat an hour with me to fix it, and he did. When asked about a juice, he promptly gave me so many to choose from, making sure I got one I really liked, even if it took some time more. Also, prices very friendly and fair, around 20€ (for 100ml). Overall just someone that REALLY REALLY cares about customers and their satisfaction. Best vape store in Heilbronn for sure. Recommended 10/10.
