Lovely people, very nice service, and friendly

In April 2024 I bought a vaporizer for 200 EUR from this dealer. When I bought it, I was sold an open device that had been demonstrated. The coil that had already been inserted was broken, which I unfortunately only discovered when I got home. At first I accepted it, even though I didn't think it was okay. At the end of June 2024, when I was replacing the battery, I noticed that a piece of the frame had burst open, which suggests a material defect or a hairline crack, as I have always treated the vaporizer properly. When I tried to make a warranty claim, I was told that I would have to cover the costs of repairs and shipping myself. I find this absolutely unacceptable, especially because the defect was not my fault and the device is still within the warranty period. I am really disappointed with this customer service. They sell me an expensive, defective device and then refuse to take responsibility. This is not how you treat your customers. I will definitely not buy anything here again and cannot recommend this dealer to anyone.
