Was there to leave a ups parcel. There were two employees and one more customer, so there was enough space for customer service. Instead I had to wait with a small baby. After attending me, the employee just wanted to know what parcel carrier it was. There was neither good afternoon nor good bye and nothing in between. Let's hope they are capable to send my parcel right. Worst service, I experienced for many years. Pity, no manners and no customer care already at this young age 🤔

The people are very very friendly and they help you even if you don't speak German, they speak very good English and the best thing is they are not pushing you to buy but they give their best opinion very nice shop and quite clean and many more
