Today, as a beginner/changer, I was warmly welcomed and given competent and friendly advice. Since I needed advice, I let other customers come in and during the short waiting time I was immediately offered a coffee and my dog ​​was pampered with treats and cuddles. The employee and her husband were very friendly, personable and patient from the first to the last minute. I was allowed to try different liquids and even though I still couldn't decide after the store closed, they both still took their time and were understanding. In the end, I unfortunately haven't found the right one for me today. But that had absolutely nothing to do with the products or the advice. On the contrary. They don't try to force anything on you, they really look at which product suits the customer. I haven't bought anything today, but I'll definitely be back! I can recommend the shop to every (future) ex-smoker/switcher/vaper. Thank you so much to both of you! Bella and I felt really comfortable.

Very nice and helpful staff who are happy to provide you with information. For steamers a huge selection of flavors (menu😁). And if you want to drop off or pick up a package, you can find Hermes, UPS and GLS.
