Bad advice, very unfriendly and very racist seller!!! I wanted to exchange my electronic cigarette today, June 17th, 2024 at 6:20 p.m. because unfortunately it broke after 2 months!! I suspect battery damage. According to the seller, I won't exchange the values ​​because it's my fault, the device broke and they're constantly trying to explain some laws to me!! At some point I said to the seller, well, I don't want to listen to any laws, then I need a new electronic cigarette because 35€ won't make me poorer and then the best!!! With a very loud tone if you don't like our laws then get out of our country and push me out of the store!! I have never felt so discriminated against as I did by this SAMURAI Vaping Regensburg shop!!!

I got bad advice at first, so I bought liquid that was way too strong. After that, no exchange/goodwill, instead the employee talked in circles to find reasons not to have to take the liquid back from me. I've already wasted €10 on the first liquid because of the wrong advice, and then didn't even show goodwill for €10 and exchanged the liquid for a weaker one. No recommendation! Never again! Really the last, never again

I was there last week to find out about upgrading my vape that I bought from you. All of my questions were answered in detail, I felt comfortable and am very satisfied with my new vape.
