Steam-Store 12435 Berlin

It was my first ever visit to the store but the kindness and willingness to help had already surrounded the place. The expertise and patience of him was amazing. Suggest it to everyone!

Outstanding service and thorough expertise. Had an issue with a battery because I used the wrong charger (my fault) but they made an exception to replace it for free. I saved a lot of money since I was spending 10 euros a day on elf bars

Great costumer service! They are honest and wont try to rip you off by selling you useless stuff. Prices are lower compared to other shops around Berlin. Just straight to the point. Great choice of hardware, aromas and liquids!

I had an issue with a Geek Vape mod that stopped working. I emailed the store who said, just bring it in, we may be able to help. I went into the shop and explained what had happened showed the email and without any arguments or moaning about it being difficult or I would have to wait. The guy gave me a choice, open up.a kit and swap the mod or I wait a week and they would send me one out in a box. Excellent service.

They have a great selection of devices and e-liquid, sellers are very helpful! One of the best stores with great stocks and a friendly atmosphere. I can only recommend it! :)
