Just bought this like 2 h ago for my sister she opened them all and the are not working the are empty. What the hell ???

I was there at 10:30 on the 19.06.24 and it still wasn't open. So either the hours are wrong, or keeping them isn't a priority.

This junge have some trouble with English. The question was really clear; Können sie Mir helfen in English? Kannst du English?(can you help me in English? Can you speak English?). Than he told me that he can speak English of course but I can speak German normally, also in German! If I could, I would normally speak German with you in Germany. But I am just 3 days tourist and tried the show you that I can not express myself better in German by using your language. Therefore, the attitude you show is nothing more than rudeness

I've found the staff mostly helpful and the assortment more than adequate. The only problem is it's never open when I go there, once I went there after checking the opening times online and there was a hand written cardboard sign on the door giving different opening times but after going back during the time stated on the sign they still weren't open. They seem to have staff problems like many other businesses.

The guys werent helpfull, they have a 2 person inside at once policy for some reason, didnt event get a hello. Had to convince them to sell the pods I need because they didnt believe me when I said they would work. Overall bad experience for a mall ecig shop...
