Edit: In regards to my previous review (3stars) found below i must mention this store has improved drastically. The female employee is super friendly as well as helpful and professional in terms of expertise. Within my first review, I criticized a specific employee however after having been served by him again I must revoke my opinion. This fellow really stepped up his game and convinces by being sharp while exuding a pleasant charm. This improvement deserves respect and in my opinion achieves a rating of 5 stars!👍🏼 Went to this store quite often. Very good product selection and nicely designed new show room. However there could be more variety in pre-mixed (nic-free) juices. The seeming owner is very friendly and extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. On the other side i have made the experience that many of the new staff seem board and unknowing concerning the products they sell. I believe that good, informed service is the most essential part of retail. For this reason i can only give three stars. Despite this it is still a recommendable store.

I am new to vaping. The woman who was working at the store was very nice and helped me not only to choose a vape but also took the time to show me how it worked. Very good service overall and would recommend this store.

Great service! Everybody’s super sweet and you can taste all the flavors! It’s heaven! Definitely come here for all my liquids! Especially Konstantin was great help and took his time explaining everything to me in detail.
