A rare experience in Berlin to find a store where the employees are so friendly, professional, and educational: especially to foreigners who’s german maybe isn’t the best. any question or concern I have is responded to in detail and with care. not only that, but they have top quality products and prices, and the best customer experience with every employee I’ve interacted with. I highly recommend.

The lady running the shop was very helpful and friendly and spoke great English (my German is pretty poor but I try when I can). Had a good knowledge of vape products and what she had in stock. Got exactly what I wanted at a great price! Highly recommend this shop if you need vape gear or juice while in Berlin!
