Riccardo E-Zigaretten Store Zeil 60-62

The service was poor honestly. I was very polite with the person who served me and admitted I was new to vaping and had some questions about the products. He came across as quite smug and gave me short answers. I found another vape store where the owner is always happy to help and will continue to shop there.

Staff was a bit dismissive. Not very helpful, and the shop was out of everything I needed. Would only be one star. However, they got a second star for area of convenience.

Not an honest store. They write 8,90€ on the price tag, but gives back 1€ when you pay with 10€ bill. They lost a customer by being a little cheater!

Edit: Forget the latter part of the review, I found out the reason for the spam. It is just a huge coincidence that I got such a mail. Good people, good products. Bought a gift, VERY helpful staff, asked for my mail for discount, didn't work, oh well. A year later I receive a newsletter, no big deal, deleted and unsubbed, I check my spam, and on this same very day I receive my first ever German spam mail. Your info is not safe here. Beware.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection of liquids and devices, great atmosphere in the store and good prices. Very much recommend
