Very nice seller (not the manager) that's why there is one more star. I bought an e-cigarette with accessories and liquid there 8 days ago. I was told that the pods that come with it last 2-3 weeks. Well, now after eight days I had to change the pods twice because it tasted burned out every time. When I bought it, I was told that I had a guarantee on the device. So I went there today to describe what my problem is with the device. It can't be the case that the things burn out after three days and then leak and the liquid runs out of the pod. The "nice manager" didn't even want to address my problem as a customer. According to him, my warranty wouldn't apply and he could offer to send me the device and I could buy a new one to tide me over, really now? Since he doesn't think the warranty applies, I wanted my money back because the device was broken and he didn't want to give me the so-called warranty claim either. Impossible and zero customer focus. Luckily the manufacturer is a little more accommodating and I get a new one. I've been visiting the store for four years, with a long break, but now they've lost another customer.

I had a problem with my steamer...not used for over a year. I went to the store and the problem was solved within seconds, I was thrilled. Great advice, extremely friendly and customer-oriented. The advice on the liquids is great and the help and tips on how to use them are also great! Thank you very much, keep it up! For me, my favorite among the steamer stores. Go and see for yourself.

It is a good store but there are two workers who are good people but there is an old man with black and white hair with glasses, he is not nice and he does not know how to treat customers, he is rude, there is a boy with long hair, he is very good people and He knows how to treat customers but the adult man with glasses is not a good person at all.
