I was in the store today and wanted some advice about e-cigarettes. No requests were taken into account and my needs and frequency were carefully considered. It was a super friendly, open conversation about the possibilities. The price-performance ratio was also presented openly and honestly. Upcoming promotions were also mentioned in case I would rather wait for them. There was absolutely no pressure built up. In the end I decided on an Elfbar for charging and liquid refills.

Was here for the first time today. A very friendly welcome and a huge selection of different devices and liquids. The advice was great, all of my questions were answered and I didn't feel like the employee was trying to "sell" me into anything. I am completely happy with the first device and a few flavors. I will definitely come here again in the future for supplies!

The review is definitely biased because I know some of the employees personally, but I still like going there, or maybe that's exactly why. Vaperz always has cool new things and the quality of advice - no matter which employee is there - is always there and there is just a nice vibe there and I just like going there to get my vapes or liquid.

I think it's a shame that I have to pay a lot more in the store than on the website... After I asked on the phone, I was told: I should have asked politely... As a long-time customer it is very sad...
