Yesterday my boyfriend and I visited this place for the first time, I recommend it to everyone! Here you will not find everything you need and for every taste, but they will also help you if you need to charge the vape, and while you are waiting, they will also pour coffee. This is the first time I've encountered such a service. I would especially like to note the excellent work of an employee named Tim. He is very kind and good employee and attentive. Knows his stuff and does a great job. We look forward to visiting again!☺️😊

I was Thursday 8th Feb. my first and last time to this store. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff bad listless service to the advice I needed as a beginner felt unwelcome. The liquids were expensive and tasted not good. I don’t recommend.

Great vape shop with a good atmosphere. The staff was extremely helpful and they know their products. They are tourist friendly and made us feel welcome. Great place to hang out for a little while. I will stop here again next time I visit Frankfurt.

Normally I never write reviews but I felt compelled to after visiting last week. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave me great advice with my purchase. They even helped me set up my new device and showed me how to use the coils etc. I was so impressed that I visited again to buy more liquids, which I will continue to do. Even though this vape shop is not local to me (there is another vape shop nearer me in Sachsenhausen) it is worth the extra travel to go there.
