Clerks are very nice. The selection is not that great I would like 30ml bottles or bigger. But overall fast and clean shop in a trendy part of Wiesbaden.

Great service and products! Staff members are genuine and make it a priority to remember who you are. They also take the time to figure out what product is right for you instead of just selling you anything and everything

Just been there a few minutes ago. Some customers were served and the man behind the counter called somebody to help me. Super service, explained everything and got the vapour ready for me. Excellent and competent service.

Went here on a Friday. As soon as I went in there was a customer ahead of me purchasing a ecig. He had lots of questions. I got no greeting (which I've come to expect from Germans) so I looked around the store for about 5 mins at all their juices. I then proceeded to sit down in a half broken chair, and one woman comes in, goes directly to the back and stays back there for 10 mins. So I assume she works there. Then another man comes out from the back that I haven't seen and he proceeds to grab some ejuice. No hello to me or asking me if I've been helped. Then I sat for another 15 mins waiting to be addressed... and had to wait through 3 more customers (another 20 mins). No help what so ever. I had to stand up and barge my way in front of the people who came there 20 minutes after me to get some help. The man spoke a little english but was friendly. Customer service was horrible. A lot of products to pick from. Looks dirty and "grimey" inside. I dont plan to return.

The sales representative was rude, and pushy. I was unable to test products. I was unable to look at the products i wanted to. Customer service does not exist! I will not be going back his store.
