The owner is very friendly. Im new to vaping and she gave me a lot of information. She explain very clearly everything you need to know and makes me feel welcome. Really recommended if you are beginner.

Warm and welcoming atmosphere, the two owners are both professional and knowledgeable concerning every aspect of the world of vaping. Coffee is probably the best in Osnabruck. Customer service is great, both liquid and hardware-wise. Definitely recommend!!

Unfortunately not much to say like the other one star reviews... 😶 If you don't have that ' feeling' for customer service, don't work in retail!

Original and cozy, the staff over here is friendly and approachable I went in with a friend of mine who quit smoking and while they were talking about the different options I have been served the best coffee ever in the shop's caffetteria
