Had to cancel an order from this shop on May 21st, was reassured I will get a refund asap. It has been three months, and I am being promised "next week for sure" every week. Try to not get involved with them too much

I went to SK-Vape Shop in person, the owner was very nice and knowledgeable. He helped me find the right product. We are far away from his shop so we decided to order online. He aswered us withing a couple hours, gave us additional options and made sure we had the right product. Shipping arived today with all my products. I will always purchace from this company as long as I am In Germany. #supportlocalbusinesses

Even one star is too many. Absolute disgrace. Money transferred, nothing happens in status and emails are not responded to. Dirty shop 👎👎👎👎👎 Addendum; They wanted to tell me that all the emails that I wrote via the contact form in the shop on the homepage ended up in the chip. It's just strange that after a negative entry there is suddenly a reaction and also a request that I would like to please delete the review. No, of course I won't. I have now been able to cancel the purchase and my money will be returned to me within the next 14 days after the cancellation. All in all, I'm really disappointed that they even tried to motivate someone to delete the bad review. Second addendum. The repayment deadline is not met. I wrote again today and if nothing happens I'll go to the police and trade office next week

I placed an order on the online site, but after a few days it had not been shipped, so I asked for information and was told that the product was not available and that he had ordered it from his supplier. After waiting and arguing for about 30 emails for a month, I decided to cancel the order and he told me he would transfer the money within 14 days. After waiting 14 days the refund still hadn't arrived and I wrote him another email. He told me the money was coming but it didn't arrive so I threatened to report it to the police and call my lawyer. After saying this, he sent me the money and asked me to delete this review. It was a terrible experience, do not buy online from this website! He did this to me and if you read the reviews you understand that he did it to many other people too... Horrible!
