The lady at the checkout was totally rude. We bought a postcard and she served us very rudely. Even after we asked to give the envelope, she rudely replied that there was no such thing for the cards. Seriously now?!

I was just there with my girlfriend and wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes and pods from elfbar. They didn't want to give me the pods because it was for my girlfriend and she didn't have her ID with her. I in turn had my ID with me (I'm 20 years old) and they didn't even want to hand it over to me. I then sent my friend out of the store and said I wanted to buy it now, but they didn't want to hand it over to me. They weren't exactly friendly and continued to insist on their right to give it 1 star 😡

Unfortunately, a distinction is made here between walk-in customers and regular customers. Which has happened to me several times. Of course you get what you want if it is in stock and the warehouse also checks whether the goods are there. But unfortunately I also experienced unfriendly staff (black-haired lady). You might get an eye roll if you want to pay a small amount with a card. Or hearing the sentence “They could have said that straight away” because I didn’t want any proof. Or an older gentleman was very firmly told that he also had to get in line, even though it was obvious that he was being read to. Conclusion: Here it depends on the mood of the employees whether you are served friendly, with a smile (as it should be) or grumpy.

ZERO stars! So unfriendly and cheeky, I was paraded in front of all the customers by the lady behind the counter because she didn't want to check my scratch cards. By the way, it's not the first time I've received unfriendly service there. Luckily the competition is only a few meters away. Never again!

I have visited this store several times to shop there - but unfortunately I realized that friendliness and service are foreign concepts there. I have rarely experienced saleswomen who are as unfriendly as they are there! You almost want to apologize for the disruption! In the future I'll prefer to go to the small shops in town, at least you'll feel welcome there.
