Nice to shop at Rossmann store 😍🤗

I went shopping in the store today because I actually really enjoy going there! I bought everything I need there! At the checkout, the cashier took my products off the belt without saying anything! When I asked, I was told the usual household quantity. I bought more of one product because I have a long commute and that's all I use! I understand that when a lot of people buy one product! In addition, the woman at the checkout didn't even say hello and answered rudely (I'll save myself writing the rest of the conversation)!

Was in this Rossmann branch for the first time today and I have to say, a beautiful store. Very tidy and everything you need is there. Again, thanks to Ms. We*** for the nice help and advice. In this branch you can tell that some people enjoy doing their jobs. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely stop there again!

The shop is as clean as you would expect. Unfortunately, even the best renovation is of no use if the employees are simply unfriendly. I am aware that my negative review will not change anything. It wasn't the first time today that I was treated so rudely!

Extremely unfriendly staff. Customers are shouted at to please take a basket. Staff themselves stand at the checkout with their masks on at half past seven and not pulled over their noses, laughing, cackling and making their purchases with a staff discount. Of course without a basket. Two-class society at Rossmann! This store will never be entered again.
