A small shop with competent staff. Employees are generally friendly and give good advice, as well as sources for more specific information if they do not have it on hand. The range of products available on location can sometimes feel a bit limiting but the prices are reasonable and the customer service is well worth it.

I stopped smoking and wanted to get an e-cigarette with liquid 0% nicotine. I wanted normal advice. The gentleman with the glasses said I always want to come here for individual parts, accessories, etc. and not to order something like that on the internet. He recommended a device received and realized that it was just bad advice. Then I went there a week later and wanted to improve it or buy coils. The gentleman said I should order it online, but he knew during the consultation that I didn't want to buy online and just wanted to get everything in the store. I then drove home, thought about it and realized that the guy just didn't feel like giving me proper advice and decided to return the device. His favorite sentence (not my fault) great statement. Nothing against the store but maybe the other employees are nicer and give you good advice but unfortunately I always see the man with the glasses. I can still recommend Riccardo to everyone because friends have had good experiences with good advice!

Terrible experience, I bought an electronic cigarette about 4 months ago, I sent my son to change it because after just 4 months it no longer worked and they asked for the receipt but after giving the receipt they asked for the box... terrible, just excuses so as not to change the article. You can't expect to have the box too. Never again...furthermore, as already said by another customer, the sales assistant only thinks about her own business with her cell phone in her hand.

The lady this morning apparently didn't feel like doing anything. After asking if she could help me, she probably didn't expect me to take it up. Came with my old eLeaf (seen online that the brand is carried), told me that I had quit smoking and was looking for “a nicotine-free replacement”, she almost cut me off. “Yeah, pick something and we’ll see.” What are we looking for? After the old device, where spare parts are still available or not? If not, what's good for beginners? What should I pay attention to? …….. It was between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. Maybe she wasn't fully awake yet? I then found what I was looking for in another store.

I come into the store and the saleswoman is having private phone conversations about her cosmetic problems. I ask her if she has a brand of liquids and immediately replies no, even though they were on the shelf. Afterwards I wanted to buy another brand that is usually in the drawers, but apparently wasn't there at the time. She hasn't put down her personal phone for a second and tried to talk to me and is busy organizing her cosmetic appointments. I just find it very rude.
