I went yesterday (July 17, 2024) for the first time there . Was also served by a man with a beard. 😁 Always with a relaxed attitude and, despite everything, great advice. Very friendly manner. Will definitely shop there again 👍🏼

At first I was very happy to buy my products here, especially because of the friendly and funny salesman with the long beard. But then my pods started leaking after just two days of use. At first I ignored it and tried to solve the problem myself, but eventually it became too annoying, especially since I pay a lot of money for my liquid and half of it always goes to waste. When I went to complain, I was told by the bearded salesman that there was nothing he could do and recommended other pods instead. Despite spending more money on new pods, the problem repeated itself after a very short time. When I complained again, I met the same salesperson again who told me to come back on Monday and show the boss. After four days of smoking with a defective pod that even tasted burnt, I met the boss in person. However, he was not entirely understanding and unemotional. Although he saw that the device was wet, he did not explain the problem and simply dried it with a tissue. He refused to offer a solution and suggested that I purchase more pods with the promise of a possible price reduction if the problem persisted. This experience really disappointed me. I would have expected that I would be accommodated, especially after spending so much money in a short period of time and not receiving a satisfactory solution. Unless it's absolutely necessary, next time I'll drive a few kilometers further. So far a solution could be found everywhere, but here I had the feeling that no one really tried to solve the problem.

It was just my first time at VaperzPoint and I have to say, I immediately felt really comfortable and received great advice. I got my elbar elfa there and empty pods with liquid. It was a really cool conversation. I could have chatted longer. But I liked one liquid...the lemon cheesecake😂 When will you get this back??? Greetings Christian ✌🏻
