So the employees incl. Bosses are incredibly friendly. Take your time when giving advice and also listen to the customer. And it is one of the very few shops that doesn't just want to sell the customer crap. As a long-time vaper, I even learned something new. For me, the shop is my regular shop from today on and I'm happy to make the journey from Hagen. A big +++++ from me!

I went to VaporExMachina for the first time today. Actually, I just wanted replacement pods for my existing e-cigarette, which I've been looking in vain for some time in all stores and cities and can't find anywhere. Same here. But, I spontaneously decided to buy a new device and I was given very, very good advice. Can really recommend this store. Super nice and competent staff. I'll be back.
