I'm very satisfied, the advice was good and thorough, I'm new to vaping and you usually have more questions anyway, they also took the time to find the perfect device for you. I think prices are fair. There is more than enough choice and I think everyone will find a flavor for themselves!

Really funny. The guy said to me in Essen that no one sells battery carriers anymore because of customs. The nearest store to Digga sold the battery carrier directly. It's a little better to lie to sell goods

So far I've never had anything negative to say. I have been a customer in the store in Essen - Altenessen for a good 7 years and have always received good advice there. Whether it was the purchase/advice of my very first vape and the explanation of the device or the right batteries, everything has been great so far. I also think the selection of ready-made liquids or flavors is great. Of course, the flavors and liquids depend on your own taste because we don't all have the same tastes or preferences, but that should be clear anyway. And so far, as far as I can tell, the staff has always been very helpful when you have questions and has tried to help as much as possible. So all in all, I definitely give it full marks and a big thank you to the nice steamer crew from Essen - Altenessen keeps it up.
