I've been ordering there for a while and I think it's great! Price model with quantity discount, totally behind the fact that it arrives quickly, well packaged and with the smallest problem, whether with DHL or questions because you can't find something on the site, you get super nice, fast help (also by phone)! My absolute favorite, where I always and really enjoy ordering from! 100% recommendation!

Absolute FRAUD! DO NOT BUY THERE! Goods do not arrive and queries via email etc. are not responded to! Item was paid for immediately after purchase!

My order was supposed to be delivered at the end of December. But the goods were not delivered. Unfortunately, I also had no response to emails. I'll wait a bit now and then hand the matter over to my lawyer (despite the small sum of around 70 euros). I am very disappointed!

More customer service couldn't be better - perfect! Very friendly, competent, knowledgeable, fast shipping, super flexible and absolutely customer-oriented. I've been a "steamer" for seven years and had only ever used one (factory) dealer before. Luckily for me, I “discovered” this shop/dealer and more than appreciate their service. 1 delivery was great, the 2nd took a long time and I've been waiting for the 3rd for almost 1.5 months! There is simply no response to my email and text message regarding my PAID order. I could just order liquids in the shop with immediate delivery...then I wonder where my order is?! That doesn't work at all!
