Definitely recommended! A lot of time is taken to explain everything. You also notice that the owner doesn't care about selling you something, but rather that you are satisfied! My e-cigarette (which I bought somewhere else) was broken and he gave me tips on how to fix it instead of buying a new one. There is also a lot to choose from and you can sometimes even get free samples. I've been going there for half a year and staying here. It's the best store in KL we have!
