Staff is heavy and helpful. Unfortunately on my last visit they made a mistake and charged me extra for 2 items that I did not order nor received. I have contacted them but they do not even bother to reply. It was conveniently close, I started vaping with gear and juice from them but treating customers with respect should be priority. I'm sure it was just a human mistake, as it was mine also for not checking the receipt on the spot. Update: Followingthe response, I have updated the rating. The initial mail sent to info mailbox has been forwarded to the support mailbox and I will wait for their feedback.

Went there for some e juice. Very kind person and he talked Flemish specially for me ! Which helped me a lot as I don't speak German. What a kind country ! The shop is very big , I think you can find anything you need in such a shop. Lots of mods also. If you are a vaper and you need something , then I strongly recommend this shop. I ain't sure if there is another one in Trier. Haven't encountered yet .

Awesome service. I went in as a first timer not knowing anything. The staff helped me, explained everything to me, as well as help me set up my first mod and tank! Awesome experience and would recommend this shop to anyone that Vapes, or is looking to start Vaping!
