Have been coming here for the past 3 years, great advice and always have items in stock. Love the lady with grey hair and our chats whatever it may be about, the older gentleman is also nice too. Lovely atmosphere.

I walked in, there was 1 other customer and 1 employee. The customer was finishing up paying and having a conversation with the employee, seemed like they are friends. The customer had her stuff in her hands and was ready to go, but the employee kept talking to her and didn’t acknowledge me for 5 minutes. Every time the conversation could’ve come to and end, the employee continued the conversation with a nee subject. I said how are you doing? She kinda looked at me and just kept talking. I walked out. Its the old lady with the grey Karen haircut. Terrible.

Very friendly staff, explaining everything to you in detail if you have any questions! You can try out a LOT of different liquids, they have a huge selection of flavours and you can enjoy a cup of coffee and talk to fellow vapers. Someone mentioned the gear is more expensive than ordering online - Of course, it is a small local shop, they can't buy huge batches! But you get excellent service in return, and in case you ever need to make use of a product's warranty, you will be glad you paid a few euros more and get it replaced in store instead of having to send it in.. ;)

Dennis is amazing. He was so helpful and educational. I bought my first vape and he helped me set it up and pick out a flavor to get me started. He was very kind. Highly recommend this shop and ask for Dennis! You won’t regret a thing.
