Even when there is a lot going on, you are treated very nicely, no matter which country you come from or if you have a physical disability. The other employees were also very nice.

So I like to go there when the young man is on duty. I never have any problems. He scans and finishes. But there is a young lady there who is snippy and not at all helpful. Every time I am sent away because the return ticket is not correct. I go to another DHL and it worked. This lady, Anna M., needs to take a communication course. Otherwise there will be several more complaints in this post office
