Super competent and ambitious advice. The saleswomen are very friendly and helpful. The store offers a large selection and very good quality products and a sweet, friendly guard dog is there every now and then.
The worst service and advice I have ever had. Not a bit competent and the answer to questions was "no idea". You were also called stupid when you asked several times as a newcomer to make sure.
First of all, I would like to mention that I usually receive a very friendly welcome and advice. Today, however, I was treated like the last. The good lady couldn't answer my question about my defective steamer (just bought recently and still under warranty) and she didn't want to give me any advice because she didn't have time, which she made clear to me in a rather unfriendly way. In the future I will probably shop somewhere else where I will be treated with respect.
