Yesterday (March 6th) I received very competent and friendly advice. I had no intention of buying at first, but the information I needed was given to me, so I decided to jump on it! I can really only recommend shopping there when it comes to e-cigarettes. I haven't found a better shop anywhere and the young gentleman is the epitome of competent and reliable advice. I will definitely become a new regular customer 😉

I would prefer to give 0 stars. The service is extremely bad. A slightly smaller woman who was steaming a lot was just annoyed because I was entering the store as a customer. Personally, I will not enter this store again.

Yesterday, February 19th, 2024, I was in the Riccardo Shop in Dessau for the first time and received a very friendly welcome. Despite a customer conversation (briefly interrupted), the door was opened to me, even though I was accompanied, so that I could drive in with the electric wheelchair. Even wanted to open the second wing, which wasn't necessary. 😉 The young man is super friendly and helpful. He knows his stuff perfectly and answered all my questions in detail. Expertise is perfect here. Detailed advice on the questions I had about individual products and instructions on how to use them correctly. No misleading sales pitches to sell more items. The kind of service and advice I received here is something you rarely experience anymore. It's a shame that I'm not able to shop here more often, I'm from further away, but I'll remain loyal to you online. Thank you for the friendly help and advice and purchasing.
