I'm in Halberstadt for work and was looking for a vape shop, discovered Pika. The staff was super friendly, great advice, great selection. Whenever I'm nearby, I always like to come here.

It's nice that you have the shop now. I am a regular customer and will stay. Good luck and all regular customers should support you now. 🤗Now you can mix again 😁. And now the goods will always be there. 😀Unless there are delivery problems but nothing else 😉.

Dear Pia and dear Ines It's always nice to come to you again and again because you can always have a good chat and you're happy when you laugh. Accordingly, I can only recommend this store.

Prices are absolutely fine. Not significantly more expensive than online. At least when it comes to hardware. New boss who often likes to tell the customer all her problems and all her stress in the store... Doesn't really interest me as a customer... She also doesn't know how to deal with objections well. You often only see a shrug of the shoulders or it is pointed out that this is not their business, but that of their employees, who of course are not there at the moment.
