There are two older ladies that are not very kind but the younger one she is really nice and kind and she speaks English too which it's very good seeing that I don't speak German

There's not much to say here. Except: top advice, great staff and a nice large selection. This is how I know it from Liquid&Tabak Globus. Telephone inquiries are also answered very quickly and competently. You feel comfortable here.
