WARNING DISGUSTING 🤮!?! There is a guy working there with glasses, a beard and very dry lips. He literally sucks on every vaping device that you hand over to him to repair. He did it right in front of me. I understand that he's trying to see if the device is defective or not but common!! There must be another way for him to do that. He admitted to me that he does that and he offered to clean it 🤮. When asked if he didn't think this is disgusting he said that he wouldn't mind. I said to him do you think grocery stores take bites out of apples and then clean them and put them back on the shelf. He again said that I wouldn't mind it. Just shows how deeply disgusting this guy is and I think he will never stop doing that. I'm sure this is a violation of store policy and I can't imagine that the franchise wants a person like that working for their otherwise outstanding company.

The shop is simply amazing!!!!! I've been shopping there since fall and I'm over the moon. A salesman, his name is Philipp, I think, is the best man there. He takes more than just time for you. And the more often you come, the more you experience. And I'm happy that he appreciates my little card for Christmas. Simply recommended.

I received extremely friendly and competent advice. The employee explained everything to me very patiently. I bought my Elf Bar including accessories there today and I am absolutely satisfied. I can in no way confirm the negative reviews here. I'll be back. Kind regards to the friendly seller ;-)
