Great store! I'm there at least once a month and all the people are super friendly, great costumer service ;)
Forty kilometers journey because we are here on assembly. Arrived at the store, bitterly disappointed! Would have needed complete initial equipment for colleagues: exactly ONE battery carrier in the showcase!

We greet the owner, but this greeting is not always returned, instead you are looked at with annoyance, and subsequent customers are greeted in a friendly manner. It gives me the impression that we are unwelcome in the store. Little jokes to lighten the gloomy mood also fail, which is a shame.
