I have a great understanding of business and am generally not a fan of writing bad reviews and giving a company a bad reputation these days. However, I have to say that this was the last time I gave Riccardo a chance and I wanted to finally be heard and understood by the company. The range is almost never prepared and planned! It should go without saying that in this industry you have regular customers who regularly need your goods for the coming period. Unfortunately, it seems like people are interested in everything else except this. This way you will only lose your customers because you only give a store a chance once or twice. and of course there are plenty of other shops- and the worst thing is when I am constantly told by YOUR employees to order everything online. Of course, I am not uninformed and know that I can also buy these products online. However, I don't understand why the company should pay for a store and its employees when I'm ultimately just redirected to the website to place my order.
