ELWANO - Shisha & Hookah Shop 01159 Dresden

I am Elwano costumer for several years now and I cannot recommend them enough. Sadly, in the last shipment there was a missing product, which can happen and since this happened for the first time in about 5-6 years, I cannot see it as a issue. The best part is that it was solved in a matter of two emails. Replies came in about few minutes top, so there was no back and forth for days. Missed product has already been sent. 5* because when company can deliver this level of support even when it came to a complain that is something not every company can do.

IMO the best shisha store in Dresden, I bought tobacco here from 2 years.

Big selection of tobacco for sisha and other necessary equipment. Staff speaks a bit Czech if needed. Prices are quite fair. Parking for guests is on the right side from entrance in small yard. :)

Great shisha shop, Good sortiment and also big sortiment. You have a lot of quality to choose from. Good price, its golden middle way for The quality. Great commumication skills, Good personal, Good vibes. I cant gave less than 5 stars to this shop. I highly recommend ELWANO!
