Very rude staff

On the second visit, in contrast to my first visit, I was very dissatisfied. I was given bad advice and the cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. The sellers don't seem to be interested either. The selection is also becoming less and less because many things are simply no longer available. I will definitely look for another shop in Dresden.

Good customer service with a few exceptions. I actually always like being there, I only avoid the shop when I see the tall, powerfully built gentleman because in my opinion he's not really focused on what he's doing and therefore doesn't really listen. He also made 1-2 phone calls while “serving” me. I really enjoy coming to the others, they put more work into it. The advice is also more competent. Therefore only 3/5 stars.

The store manager and clerk are very professional and enthusiastic and have a wide range of products.
