I have never experienced more customer service. I have ordered from you several times now. Always good products and fast delivery. Here you have great service and great advice! Great!

Very good at the beginning and you always get decent advice. However, for a long time now you have hardly been able to get any liquids, flavors or evaporator heads/exchange devices because you are constantly waiting for "delivery". I'm now ordering online again.

WARNING!!!! Under no circumstances buy here again. Riccardo is in bankruptcy. I bought liquid that I also bought there before. The liquid is now available in 10ml packs. After the first use, I noticed that the liquid tasted like nail polish remover and wanted to return it because there was a defect in the product. I was then just cheekily told that no goods would be taken back. This is an instruction from management. Absolute impudence, the law is being flouted here. In my opinion this is clearly a scam! Furthermore, one can only state that one can clearly feel the insolvency. No liquids etc. are available for weeks, the salespeople, who were initially very customer-oriented, are now anything but service-oriented and behave in an impossible way towards the customer. The shelves are getting emptier and you're lucky if you get anything at all. I will never buy here again and can only advise everyone to avoid the insolvent company. Absolutely negative development. Trustpilot with 2 out of 5 stars underlines my experience.

Great seller, we were made aware of the discount campaign. We actually just wanted to take a look at the shop, but we happily left the shop with 2 devices and accessories. Great introduction to the device. Despite the fact that the store was full, we received excellent advice every second. Always happy to come back there.
