I wanted to send packages around 5:30 p.m. A total of 3 people were waiting with me for someone to come. A gentleman has just accepted the lottery and three ladies stood next to him to talk for 5 minutes. We kept looking over, saw that we were waiting here and talked more. Service? None! You can have a conversation, but if there are customers there and waiting, then I interrupt my conversation and take care of the customers!
