I went to the store to buy American candy, I don't vape. Small but nice selection of sweets and a huge selection of liquids as far as I could see. Great service in itself, but then I was a bit annoyed that one lady didn't come to collect even though she didn't have a customer and looked at us waiting several times. Therefore only 4 stars but still a clear recommendation!

We have been regular customers at the Heide steam shop since 2017 and can only report positive things. The selection is huge, and no matter whether you are a beginner or an experienced vaper, everyone will find the right thing here. Particularly noteworthy is the incredibly friendly and competent staff, who always take their time and offer first-class advice. As soon as you enter the store, you are warmly welcomed and immediately feel at home. We have visited a few other steam shops during our travels, but none come close to the level of the Heide steam shop. Our absolute top recommendation.

Great advice from the older gentleman who took a lot of time for us and also explained things very patiently that we didn't know and then picked out liquids for us. Prices are a bit higher than on the Internet but they can do relatively little
