I found this store via Google search and was pleased to see that there was even a small humidor when I walked in! However, of the 4 cigars purchased, none seemed to have been stored properly or all had been stored for too long. When unpacking it at home you could immediately feel that there was no moisture left and so smoking wasn't a pleasure either... the money was wasted and I'll have to get my cigars somewhere else. It's a shame, the potential for a good cigar business is there.

When you buy a carton of cigarettes, most stores give you a free lighter. Unfortunately not this business. It's a shame, these are small gestures to retain customers. Next time I'll buy my cigarettes a few meters away at Edeka...

I can't understand the negative impressions that preceded it at all. No matter when I'm there (and that's more than regularly), I only experience polite, friendly employees who simply do their job conscientiously. That's why I much prefer to go here for my postal deliveries than to the post office on Adenauer Allee. I can't confirm any of the negative reviews, whether in the area of ​​post/DHL or tobacco products. One or two employees are even happy to have a little chat. PS: if no packages are accepted there, it is certainly not because "the employees don't want" the package, but rather due to instructions from the management, post office/DHL, or similar places. They don't refuse to accept you there just to annoy you...

There is sometimes a great lack of politeness! The staff's facial expressions say more than words! A “hello” or “goodbye” is too much to ask! Maybe we should do some training on “friendliness towards customers”!

If I could I would give 0 stars! What I experienced there today was unbelievable. I have never in my life experienced a lady who was so unfriendly towards customers. Even a hello was too much to ask! Scanning my packages was almost too tiring for her. I can only advise everyone to avoid this store! Anyone who appears so unfriendly and disrespectful towards their customers doesn't deserve any customers.
