Riccardo E-Zigaretten Store Mühlendamm 1

I'm not one to complain easily, but when I walk into an empty store as a customer and I have to greet the saleswoman behind the counter playing on her cell phone with a "Hello" to even begin to get her attention... Then there is something really wrong with your selection of some employees :( When I read through the reviews from the past, my experience today doesn't seem to be an isolated case. Very very sad customer service :(

Great advice, great sellers - the recommendation of a Uwell Caliburn G3 e-cigarette was perfect and the recommended aroma Riot Squad Black Edition aroma - Pure Frozen Acai was a hit!!! Thanks to the seller who filled my pod with his liquid. I was and am very satisfied.

chic shop, (finally with parking spaces😅) Clean and tidy. Seller friendly and competent. They took their time and answered my questions patiently and put together the right solution for me. Great selection.

Very nice staff, nicely kept small, large selection. They also helped me better than the other store because I'm still a beginner. I definitely recommend the store
