Here is a customer from Norderstedt, I bought an e-cigarette, two liquids and a battery there, they tried to rip me off by double scanning the goods, luckily I took the receipt with me. The battery for 11.95 euros was unsuitable, when I exchanged it for another one for 8.95 euros, I tried again without canceling and paying out the remaining money. Just handed it over like that. The e-cigarette has technical errors when vaping, the whole liquid comes into the mouth with all different strengths, I drove 120 km there and back to exchange the e-cigarette but it wouldn't be done because I no longer had a receipt with me because the cashier kept it has to cancel the goods at the end. How can we solve my problem? Kind regards

I'll start with the contrarian first. Unfortunately you can't smoke in the gas station :D. Per. Nice, loving and helpful as well as competent staff, with a lot of specialist knowledge and helpful tips. He doesn't sell you junk or sell you anything. Online shop available and usually ready for dispatch or collection after one or two days. He always has an open ear, via Instagram or by phone. Unfortunately you can't give 10 stars.
