It is unacceptable that customers who may have questions or need assistance should be treated with such contempt by tobacco store employees. Sentences like "You can't read, it's all there" are not only insulting, but also completely unprofessional. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of whether I am familiar with the products or the instructions. The use of derogatory comments and a disrespectful tone of voice are absolutely unacceptable and will significantly damage the store's reputation. It is the duty of every company to ensure that its employees are trained to treat customers with courtesy, respect and helpfulness. Customers should feel welcome and not afraid to ask questions or seek support. I therefore appeal to the owner of the tobacco shop to take immediate action to ensure that such inappropriate behavior is no longer tolerated. Respectful and friendly customer service is essential to the success of a business and should be a top priority.
