Super friendly team! I'm always satisfied when I send packages away. The service is really great and there is always something to laugh about! The selection of tobacco products and newspapers is very large. All in all great shop and great people.

We can easily do without such mindless toddler weirdos. Just going there is always an imposition for us. Lots of unfriendly, rude and cheeky employees with abnormal behavior like in the schoolyard, especially the behaviorally disturbed young man Glaube from Afghanistan, who couldn't even speak German perfectly, but was constantly trying to imitate someone. Even though we are at home, we unfortunately have to keep picking up our shipments here in this junk shop because the DHL delivery person is too lazy to ring our bell and because, as we have said many times, he is not able to take our packages NOT to be handed in HERE but delivered to a packing station. Disgraceful, pathetic and disastrous. 🤬💩🤬
