I've been a customer there since the early days of e-cigarettes. Nice staff with whom you can have a chat. Likewise, there is no attempt to direct the advice towards expensive devices, but rather the needs are questioned and the appropriate device is suggested.

Always very nice. Sometimes you don't have what you need, but you can call ahead to find out whether the store even carries the item. Not every store can have everything.
