After waiting for my order for over ten days, I get a "Zahlungserinnerung". I respond with a my payment confirmation attached to the email and they simply told me that their system is down and they can't see my payment, or my order, nor can tell when or IF my order will arrive. I told them to cancel my order and transfer back my money, but haven't heard back since. Amazing. UPDATE: One more week has passed and still my order hasn't been delivered, or shipped—and I haven't received an answer to my emails.

Good customer service! I can NOT confirm the bad reviews... I ordered an Äris Ultra from WK. Unfortunately, I received a product on Monday in which the rubber coating was peeling off due to inadequate surface preparation. Email, response and solution in a few hours. Sent the device back and received a “NEW” device within a week! Uncomplicated service and exchange in the event of a warranty claim. Recommendation 👍
