I thought the previous owners were much better, they gave better advice and you had a lot more to choose from than now. In addition, you can no longer collect points and the points you have are now simply worthless since there was a new owner. Apparently some tobacco tins are no longer officially available, as it is expressly stated that there is no receipt or anything else for them. Quite noticeable, right?
Advertise with e-cigarettes and vapes and then only have a few disposable e-cigarettes on offer. The staff was also overwhelmed and even annoyed by the customers... luckily there are other shops. Just one star from me. But maybe you can do more with shisha products. I can not judge over this.
