I went there because of a problem with a device that wasn't bought in the store. After an attempt that was agreed upon together, the problem as such could not be solved, but the cause could be found. Due to this, various options were suggested which became a consultation for a new evaporator. Thank you very much for the tip about the Voopoo, it's great, even if the device wasn't available in the store. All in all: Even if there are problems, you will receive good advice and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed

Best advice I've ever had. All of my wishes and questions were answered competently by a really nice employee. He immediately understood what I was looking for :-) I can recommend this shop in every respect and will definitely come by again.

Unfortunately 1 star because I spent 9 euros on a device that doesn't work. Although I can't blame the business itself, I would have liked a better solution than: "Next time you have to do it on the same day and before us." As if this happens often. When I pointed out that the device was not empty but defective and that it would be recognized by the red light, they said, "I could have done something else with the battery over the weekend." The biggest scam I have ever experienced

Friendly and competent service, the store looks good and clear. I bought a "surprise bag" of flavors and it was relatively cheap for the number of flavors. I just wish it had been brought up that some of them exceed the MHD by 4 years. Of course, the best-before date is not an expiry date and therefore things do not automatically go bad afterwards, but it does have a certain right to exist and 4 years is already a long time.....
